Helps ease breathing during chest congestion due to its ability to act at the cellular level and increase red blood cell supplies of oxygen throughout the body. Add to massage oil for a clearing chest rub, good for respiratory ailments. Soothes sore muscles, ideal for sports and athletics.
Help with explosive emotions, irrational thinking.
Traditionally used for its penetrating clearing aroma, winter oil, burn to keep the air germ free.
Used in hospitals to clean the air; recent research shows that a mixture including a mere 2% of this oil in a diffuser will kill 70% of the staphylococcus bacteria in the average size hospital room ; to remedy many ills or colds, as a decongestant, to relieve asthma and fevers, for its bactericidal and anti-viral actions, to ease aching joints.

Cineole, Pinene, Globulol, Camphene, Limonene, Pinocarvone

Contra-indications:

Eucalyptus should not be used if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy and can be fatal if ingested.
